Remote Insurance Service Specialist (Beginning-of-Day Focus)

Full-Time | Fully Remote | State Farm Experience Required

We are hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Service Specialist to manage beginning-of-day service workflows for a multi-office high-performing State Farm agency.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who already understands State Farm systems, underwriting follow-ups, service processes, and internal workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

· Underwriting follow-ups and task management

· Outstanding forms and signature collection

· Mileage verification requests

· Policy change follow-ups

· Missing documentation tracking

· Endorsement and service request processing

· Managing system tasks and suspense items

· Ensuring compliance and clean files

· Communicating professionally with customers regarding needed information

· Keeping producers informed of pending issues

Required Experience

· Prior experience working for a State Farm Agent (required)

· Working knowledge of State Farm systems (ECRM, policy processing, UW follow-up workflows, etc.)

· Ability to manage high task volume independently

Compensation $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
